Wordless Wednesday

It's time for another fun edition of  the Wordless Wednesday linky at Sugar and Spice

Three of my busy bees are selected and recognized as "outstanding" each day.
Specific feedback as to why they are chosen is announced.
Students know the teacher is noticing the good things they do.

What one piece of behavior management advice would you like to share with new teachers?

  2. What an adorable idea!! I may have to institute that next year. I like to randomly give out trinkets or note home for good behavior...keep those kids on their toes!

  4. I love this idea! Last year, I did "Secret Student" where I would pay particular attention to a specific student every day. I hadn't really developed that concept too well, so I ditched it this year. Your idea is so much better! I love it! Thanks for sharing!

    1. It's good to change up what doesn't work and keep on trying! Sometimes it is hard to select the three and at first some kids felt left out. They are so cute~ now they congratulate each other! :)

  5. I think your idea is genious...I am always looking for a new bright idea to grab the kiddos! They are not really responding to our team points at the moment so this might just be the magic ticket! Thanks for sharing!!'
