I've been keeping busy reading blogs for ideas, searching Pinterest for February themes and browsing TPT and Teachers Notebook for items to buy for the classroom!
Naturally, I was sidetracked and distracted by all of the wonderful giveaways out there by some talented bloggers and teachers! So, I entered a few!
I usually enter not intending to actually win, but more to show my support for bloggy milestones and for their adventures in the world of creating! So imagine my surprise when I really did win! :)
Lori from Teaching With Love and Laughter emailed today to say that I won her new blog design celebration giveaway! I picked this awesome pocket chart activity for long vowels! LOVE!!!! Thank you Lori!
When I taught kindergarten and first grade, we did daily pocket chart work as a whole-group activity and in centers. This type of word work helped tremendously with reading, writing and spelling.
If you want to see it in her store, click on the picture to take you there! She has other Pocket Chart Activity sets too and so many great products you may like for your classroom.
And, you must stop by to see her new too cute blog! It's perfectly... Love and Laughter.
Last week, I was contacted by Jennifer at Simply Kinder who is also one of the lovely ladies from Freebielicious! She had this good news for me:
I won a 25 dollar store credit (Edubucks) to Educents! Yay! Thanks a bunch!
I'm looking forward to spending my bucks!
You should go say hi to Jennifer at her amazing blog and check out Freebielicious and Educents too when you have a chance! I know you will be happy you did!
Well, as you can see, my luck has turned around. Maybe I'm on a roll here and should start playing the lotto or something! Ha!
So... who won my giveaway?
Congratulations to Kristi K.! :) Woohoo!
She won the TPT gift certificate and winners choice!
Kristi, check your email!
Thank you friends, for all of your sweet comments and emails on my TPT store milestone!
I loved reading each and every one!
You are all winners in my book!
